My terms of use are the same as most other original artists, so most of you are already familiar with these terms. Graphic artists put a lot of time into creating graphics for your use, so please read them carefully.



You MUST have a working website! No "Under Construction" or "generic" pages. I need to be able to see that you will follow my terms.
If you do not have a website and would like to purchase a sig tag from me
 please let me know where and how you will be using it and supply me with a valid email address.



My graphics are for use on family friendly pages only. The content (be it text or images) should be appropriate for viewers of ALL ages.
This includes any pop up ads. Meaning, your pages must be able to be viewed without a parent being worried about policing the content and say what is or is not appropriate for their children (and yours and ours) to click on!



If I find that a purchaser has in any way spoken against my site or myself,
I have the right to insist you cease usage and return any and all graphics purchased from me.



Your site must be in English or have an English translation so I can read and understand it.



Please note that I will not sell my PreMades to be used on any "paid membership" site.
On "closed membership / members only Adoption Shoppe" sites, or any sites that I cannot access myself, I require membership if you want to use my PreMades. Please understand that I need to know if you are following my terms at all times. While I do want my graphics protected, I do not want them hidden from me.



I would prefer that you have the no-right click script and the IE toolbar disable script installed, but I do not demand it. I do realize there are other ways of stealing graphics if someone is determined enough. :-(



*NONE of my graphics may be used in MSN groups. I am familiar with MSN groups and although there are MANY trustworthy people in those groups, there are (sadly) many who are not.*

All graphics must be linked back to: http://lilpixels.com with the provided link back certificate.
No text links please.
You MAY use text links ONLY for sig tags.



Please do not alter the images in ANY way (resizing, adding text, etc.).
YOU MAY ONLY ADD NAMES TO PREMADES SPECIFICALLY STATING YOU MAY DO SO.

Please do not use my graphics to create your own cards, banners, sig tags, tubes, to create new images, inserted onto items for resale, etc. They are NOT to be redistributed or claimed as being drawn by you!
They are not to be used as email stationary.



When you purchase a graphic, you are purchasing the rights to use that graphic, on your web site only, either as an adoption or for your private collection, and for that purpose only. I will not sell an identical adoption to anyone else. (However I reserve the right to offer that graphic for other purposes and uses either now or in the future.) I still hold the copyright to that graphic.



Please note:
If you own a PreMade/Graphic Shoppe of your own and if you put any monetary restrictions on commercial sites (i.e. paying a fee while personal sites don't have to, paying a higher fee than personal sites, etc.) to be allowed to use your graphics, I will charge you with the same restrictions/fees that you put on your commercial customers.

By downloading or purchasing my graphics, you are agreeing to my terms of use (even if you have not read them).
Thank you for understanding why I and other graphic artists have these terms and hope that everyone will respect our copyrights and enjoy them as intended.



If you have not sent payment within 48 hours of my billing you, (according to the time stamp on my PayPal receipt)
 I will cancel the billing and put the graphic back up for sale.
